Terms of the route.

These terms govern Clipboard LAN Bridge. By using the software, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use it.

The software

Clipboard LAN Bridge transfers short text between devices on a local network. It is not a password manager, backup system, emergency communication system, or guaranteed delivery service. You are responsible for the text you choose to send and for confirming the destination device.

License and acceptable use

The source code is provided under the MIT License. Do not use the service to violate law, interfere with networks, bypass access controls, or send content to devices you do not own or have permission to use.

Purchases

The free route supports two paired devices. A $9 one-time Personal Route pass unlocks unlimited paired devices and optional one-hour expiry for one person’s devices. Sociobot/Dodo is the merchant of record and handles checkout and refunds. A refund revokes the license. Purchase availability and taxes may vary by location.

Security and availability

We use modern authenticated encryption and explicit pairing, but no software is risk-free. Keep your operating system current, compare pairing codes, and use networks you trust. Local firewalls, guest Wi-Fi isolation, VPNs, or sleep states may prevent delivery. The software is provided “as is” without warranties to the extent permitted by law.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sociobot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data-loss damages arising from use of the software. Any direct liability is limited to the amount you paid for the software.
